It was there she was recruited by the CIA to assess a new Russian weapons system. rocket scientist Elizabeth Petrov entered the CIA expecting analysis, not betrayal.
When Dr. Petrov presented evidence of a blackmail plot linking the Kremlin, the President-elect, and the CIA Director, she sought to expose the rampant corruption. In short order, Elizabeth transformed from analyst to target.
